These Terms govern use of wearunfinal.com and purchases from UNFINAL. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Store and orders

Product descriptions, images, prices, and availability may change. We may refuse or cancel an order where permitted, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, unavailable products, or delivery restrictions. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the applicable amount.

Made-to-order products

UNFINAL products are produced after purchase. Small variations in garment dye, measurement, color, and print placement can occur. Review the product details and size guidance before ordering.

Customer information

You are responsible for providing accurate billing, contact, and delivery information and for keeping account credentials secure.

Intellectual property

UNFINAL names, designs, graphics, photographs, text, and other store content are owned by or licensed to UNFINAL. They may not be copied, reproduced, sold, or used commercially without written permission.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, interfere with its security or operation, introduce malicious code, scrape store content, impersonate another person, or use the site for unlawful activity.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UNFINAL is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
