Made to order
Every UNFINAL piece is produced after you place your order. Most orders leave production within 2–7 business days. Production may take longer during holidays, high-volume periods, or temporary garment shortages.
Delivery
For US orders, standard shipping typically takes 2–5 business days after production. International delivery, where available, typically takes 10–30 business days after production. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.
Tracking is emailed when your order ships. Import duties or local taxes not collected at checkout are the customer’s responsibility.
Changes and cancellations
Email hello@wearunfinal.com immediately. We can only change or cancel an order before it enters production.
Returns
Because every item is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, an incorrect size, or an incorrect color selection. Review the size guide before ordering.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
